Services
We do not market ourselves through sales promotion activities as more than 90% of our new clients are referrals from existing clients. We believe that this represents the characteristics of the services provided by this corporation.
Answering a customer's question with the answer they expect is from the customer's standpoint, just a passing grade. In a sense, it's what you would expect. At Clifix we believe that the way to win the customer's trust is to go above and beyond just issuing standard replies by responding in a way that exceeds their expectations, and although it's difficult to give a quality reply every time, we recognize the importance of continuing to provide quality service.
Our ideals are expressed in our company name "Clifix", an acronym for "Client First".
We believe in putting the "Client First". That is what earns us the client's trust and that is what leads them to give us referrals.
One of the main strengths of Clifix is that our tax accountants are trained in accounting standards and our accountants are trained in the field of taxation. That is why all of our staff provide quality advice combining tax and accounting perspectives.
Knowledge of both accounting and taxation is required even in the practice of tax effect accounting, which is indispensable for supporting listed companies and their affiliates. Whether it's a restructuring, financial instruments or a lease, a combination of taxation and accounting perspectives is required in many different fields. Clifix staff have the expertise required to advise our clients from both those perspectives.
Most of our clients are major Japanese companies and their group companies, such as financial institutions and general trading companies, while others are investment funds and blue-chip venture companies.
They all share a common denominator; they demand high quality service.
At Clifix we work tirelessly to provide the level of service our clients‘ demand.
Moreover, because our clients are large corporations, they often need our expertise in the kind of tax and accounting issues involved with restructurings, acquisitions and overseas transactions.
